  Raymond,

  2008 turns out to be a roller-coaster year to you. While some little progress was made in the first half of year, rest of the year came shocks and hard times.

  It’s up to you to plan for 2009, but being optimistic is better than pessimistic, and action speaks louder than words. Things may not change soon, but good attitude is starting point.

  So, here comes several little ACTIONS you may take:

  1. Relieve yourself.

  2. Smile.

  3. Make friends.

  4. Work smart/hard, play hard.

  5. Less debate, more chats.

  6. Look forward.

  7. Be considerate.

  8. Stay hungry, stay foolish.

  Miracle may not appear but when there’s life, there’s hope.
