看了新聞發佈會

腦中只有幾個point:

1. 香港人衝量一個人係用價值, 即係佢賺到幾多錢, 而唔係佢付出/貢獻到幾多

2. 副局長/政治助理係一個天殘地缺ge 政治制度下ge嘗試. 目前的陣容似乎著重包裝/ 推銷/ 籠絡多於

政策制定及內容. 三十會, Roundtable, 經濟日報, Asia Wall Street Journal, TVB, RTHK, 用心明顯不過

3. 食物及衛生局局長有 "周一鑊" 之稱。醫療融資、食物安全，凡此種種, 涉及利益盤根錯節。醫管局又是一大山頭. 祝陳Paul 好運。
